Partnering with your function to offer solutions and ensure HR policies are in line with business goals, provide strategic expertise relating to Organization development, global Compensation & Benefits Performance and Talent Development for the effective growth of rapidly expanding function, provide performance management guidance to line management, and work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships.

You’ll be a key strategic partner, aligning Owner’s People Ops initiatives with business goals. Working closely with CX and G&A leadership, you will be supporting teams across each org to drive performance, engagement, and growth. As an embedded partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and coach — helping leaders build high-performing teams and strengthen culture.

As Director of People, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of Summer’s People function, overseeing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to retention. You’ll design scalable processes and programs that support Summer’s growth, while ensuring our People practices reflect our mission and values.
